This song is called "Sailor senshi doushi no tairitsu", which means "Opposition between the Sailor Soldiers". This song played in the anime when the outers conflicted with the inners - I love it!

I think Sailor Pluto looks much more beautiful in the manga (comic) than in the anime which is why there are so many more pictures of her in black and white here - they're much more beautiful.
